How To Lose Weight Fast 2017

I know we've all at one point looked up ways to lose weight right? I know I have many times but would never follow through with a lot of the things that were suggested. Now, I am going to list a two of the things I've seem to had very good result with for trying to lose weight. 

1. Green Tea - (Best overall for me)
If you are a big tea drinker then this one should not be a hassle. I googled many green tea solutions and tested a few theories. For the best results, you are to not add sugar to the tea (of course). Many websites suggest that honey is a good alternative for sugar but I never tried it to test. Also for a more better result, you may want to drink a cup either before or during a meal. 
Another way green tea can work is if you drink some before you go to sleep. I read that it helps burn the calories while you sleep. Again, this is something I read on multiple websites but it seems pretty legit. You can get the tea at just about any store that sells tea and coffee. 

2. Green Tea Pills  - GNC
Here we are again with the green tea because green tea is very magical.  Before I purchased these pills I was very skeptical on whether or not it was gonna work. I got it at GNC for a little under $15. They come in 3 small packets that contains around 10 pills or maybe less. The pills are humungous in my opinion but they may be nothing for some people. To my knowledge, you are to take two pills each days around the same time for the best results. It has been months since the last time I used the pills because I kind of got to the desired weight I wanted haha. Along side drinking the tea with these pills, I seen a slow but sure enough result in my figure. 

Overall, take it from me..these two combinations will have you seeing better weight loss results than that chick Craig. Also, exercising while doing both of these things can ensure for even more positive results.

Who is Trippie Redd?

Born on June 18th, 1999 in Canton, Ohio. Trippie Redd has become a high rising rapper. I have recently became hip to his music in late June but wish I would have learned about him sooner! He has the potential to be a very big people just gotta become hipped sis. The first song I heard by him was Romeo & Juliet  This review is really from a "new" fan prospective because I may have a lot of this information wrong but I still tried lol. 

Trippie has dropped countless of songs for over a year or more. The oldest song on his SoundClound called Angry Vibes has over 100k plays. He started to upload music to soundcloud in 2015.  

"Awakening my InnerBeast", Beast Mode ++++, White Room Project, Rock The World Trippie & A Love Letter To You are all projects of Trippie's that were released not too long ago. Sounding like a new fan, A Love Letter To You, is my most favorite project he has released. 

Back to Trippie, he is a very talented young man who will have more recognition in the future. Many people (myself included) believe he will be XXL Freshman '18. I wish to see him work with the biggest names in hip-hop in a year or even sooner than that.

For many years I have suffered from keloris polaris. It really began when I was around the age of 9. At that age I really did not care too much to even be embarrassed by it but as I grew older, the bumps became more noticeable. I would only wear long sleeves even when it was hot outside. I did this because every time I would wear short sleeves, I would notice people staring at my arms like they've never seen bumps before haha. 

Not too long ago, I had seen a commercial for the Gold Bond cream and was skeptical about it at first. A few more times after I seen the commercial, I decided to go to Target and got the cream for around $9. You're to rub a little bit of the cream to the area daily for about 4 weeks. The jars explains that, "Skin becomes consistently smoother, softer, and less bumpy. 90% experienced smoother, softer skin in just 1 week.72% reduction in bumps/the appearance of KP in 4 weeks.89% experienced consistently less bumpy & significantly softer skin in 4 weeks." 

I have used this product for 3 months so far but I haven't used it everyday as labeled. Even though I haven't, I have seen a huge difference with my arms. The bumps have become less rough & I notice actual skin spots (not bumps!) 

I recommend this product 100% to anyone suffering from KP. I also recommend you use it daily unlike me for better results.
